Scope and content

Air telegram (São Paulo A-68) sent by Frederic L. Chapin to the State Department on September 10, 1974, addressing the National Congress of the Automobile Industry; the willingness of the automobile industry to cooperate in solving economic problems faced by the Brazilian regime; the interview of João Paulo dos Reis Velloso to the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo, among other topics.
