Telegram (Rio, 1686), dated March 12, 1971, from the Embassy of Rio de Janeiro to the State Department regarding protests at the Supreme Federal Court. The document reports the resignation of Adauto Cardoso from his position on the Supreme Federal Court in protest against the Prior Censorship Law.
