Professor at the Institute of International Relations at USP (IRI/USP). Coordinator of the Observatory of Democracy in the World (ODEC) at IRI/USP. He is currently a visiting professor at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (Germany), with a CAPES scholarship for Visiting Professor Abroad – Junior (August 2023/January 2024).
