Eleonora Natale
Professor at King's College London, in the Department of War Studies. She is an ethnographer and works on security issues in Argentina and Brazil. His doctoral research focused on military families during the Argentine dictatorship and their experiences of political violence and transitional justice. Before joining KCL, he taught International Relations at the Universities of Durham and Keele, where he also obtained his PhD in 2019. In addition, he completed a post-doctorate at the Universidad Nacional De San Martín, where he researched Argentine involvement in the Falklands War. More recently, Dr. Natale was a Visiting Researcher at ESG (2022) and ECEME (2023), and has conducted empirical research on militarization and environmental security in the Brazilian Amazon. She is part of the King's Brazil Institute, where she is a co-investigator on the 'Military in Politics in Brazil' project, and is also a member of the European Research Group on Military and Society (ERGOMAS).
