Feliciano de Sá Guimarães is a full professor in International Relations at USP (2018), PhD in Political Science at USP (2006-2010), Visiting Researcher in Political Science at Yale University (2008-2009), Master in International Relations at UNICAMP (San Tiago Dantas Program 2003-2005). He is an associate professor at the Institute of International Relations at USP, editor-in-chief of CEBRI-Revista and Academic Director of the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI).
