PhD in International Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (CAPES 6). Master in International Law, from the Faculty of Law of USP (CAPES 6). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1999). Adjunct Professor of International Law, at the Federal University of São Paulo – UNIFESP. Coordinator of the Sérgio Vieira de Melo Chair, of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) at UNIFESP. He was Scientific Coordinator of the José Bonifácio Chair (CIBA/USP). Project Coordinator and Regional Coordinator, in São Paulo, of the activities of the National Truth Commission (CNV). Coordinator of International Programs and Projects, with the Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Research, at UNIFESP (2013/2014-2015/2017). Institutional coordinator of the PAEC-OEA-GCUB Program (2013/2017).
